I offer clinical support for interpersonal challenges, relationship issues, stress, career transitions, obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety, and substance use issues.

My professional experience in various clinical settings, from inpatient, intensive outpatient, and private practice have greatly supported my approach. I have specialized training in evidence based interventions, and use the following modalities in my practice: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention and Psychodynamic Therapy. I also use the Havening Technique for individuals with stress, trauma and anxiety.
