BEVERLY READER,MD 

Dr. Beverly Reader, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist with close to 20 years of experience in the field. She completed her residency at Georgetown University, where she developed a deep interest in various forms of psychotherapy, spirituality, and healing practices. Throughout her career, Dr. Reader has worked in diverse settings, including nonprofit mental health clinics, correctional facilities, foster care, and private practice, where she has helped individuals from all walks of life.

Dr. Reader takes a holistic, family systems-centered approach to treatment, integrating psychotherapy with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. She believes in treating the whole person—mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical—by fostering an environment of empathy, compassion, and collaboration. She also has an interest in non-ordinary states of consciousness, aiming to guide patients towards self-discovery and healing.​

Her goal is to help patients achieve their best self by combining professional expertise with a compassionate, individualized approach to care.

Dr. Beverly is accepting child, adolescent, and adult referrals for virtual psychiatric evaluation and medication management. To request an evaluation with Dr. Beverly, please request services by clicking the "schedule an appointment" button below.
