Our practice provides integrative psychiatry for children, adolescents, and adults

as well as psychotherapy for teens, young adults, couples, and families.

 

We incorporate evidence-based medicine and psychotherapeutic techniques with an emphasis on exploring the biological, psychological, and social factors important for improving one's overall health.

Integrative mental health care encompasses treating individuals and families experiencing mental health symptoms with a holistic and person-centered approach. We integrate all aspects of health into a practice that emphasizes mental well-being as a result of fully understanding all aspects of a person's life experiences and medical background.  This includes understanding the development and attachment style of a young child, the importance and difficulty of parent and friend relationships for a teenager, and the growth and change that occurs as an adult.

 

Our clients are ready to learn ways to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, to let go of what is no longer serving them, and to challenge themselves to explore the factors that will allow them to live life more meaningfully.
